We respect your right to control your data. If you no longer wish to use BizzyBillsNG, you may request that your account be deleted along with all associated personal data and transaction history (except where we are legally required to retain records).

How to Request Account Deletion

• Fill out the form below and submit your request.
• Alternatively, you can email us directly at bizzybillsupport@bizzybillsng.store using your registered email.
• Your request will be processed within 3 business days. You will receive a confirmation once your account is deleted.

Important Notes

• Pending wallet balances should be withdrawn before requesting account deletion.
• Transaction records may be retained where legally required (e.g., for financial compliance).
• Once your account is deleted, recovery is not possible.
